Who is Techies USA? – Techies USA is an app designed for you. We offer instant client-to-IT Professional service in real-time. How do we do it? Once the client places an order on our easy-to-use ordering system via our website http://www.techiesusa.com, or by using our app from Google Play or the Apple Store, we go to work. Our proprietary matching system sorts through the client’s request with hundreds of IT Professionals. Once a match is found, we send SMS alerts to our IT Professionals with detailed requirements for the job based on the client’s request, hourly rates set by the client and premium services. When the IT Professional accepts the job, we track our IT Professionals using GPS technology to provide approximate distance and ETA to the client’s service location.

Our clients are offered a recommended IT Professional service rate, which is typically 30% lower than industry standard rate. Clients are also presented with the option to modify the recommended service rate to one more acceptable for them. Our clients also have the ability to choose the arrival time for the IT Professional and request a Vendor Certified IT Professional. Our vetting process of IT Professionals include the IT Professional’s profile picture, name and professional certifications. We provide continued updates to the client regarding the IT Professional’s acceptance of the service order, ETA and the IT Professiona’s profile.

Once our IT Professional arrives at the client’s location, we send an alert to our client. For safety, our customer can validate the IT Professional who arrives using the Client App. In order to ensure the amount being paid is accurate, our IT Proessional begins and ends work using our App with detailed notations of the work performed and how long the service took. Once the work is completed, the client can see what actions were taken by our IT Professional to correct the problem. To complete the job, the client signs the service order and an invoice is sent to the client’s registered email address.
Our service also includes a 7 day Gold Start Warranty. In the event the same problem re-occurs with-in 7 days of the service performed by our IT Professiona, we will fix it for free providing no modifications are made to the solutions performed by our IT Professional.

Our IT Professional has the freedom to work anywhere in the United States, at the time of their choosing. Work when you want to by signing into the app. If there is an order with criteria that matches your profile, the order will automatically appear on your Pending Orders tab on your IT Professional app. The IT Professional app lists pending orders meeting that IT Professional’s profile only. If you choose to accept and complete the order, you may select the request and go on your way to making money.
